JIBILIKA is a creative hub for youth empowerment, social impact, community development, and cultural exchange.

We host a variety of activities and programs, including:

• Creative Arts Workshops: Regular workshops in dance, music, visual arts, and digital media, led by experienced mentors and professionals.
• Social Awareness Campaigns: Integrating critical social issues into creative programs to raise awareness and promote positive behavior change. Running HIV/AIDS awareness and Anti-Drug Abuse campaigns in schools and communities.
• Talent Management: Helping professionalise emerging artists and providing support and advise for artists to secure opportunities, tour and sell their art sustainably.
• Youth Leadership Training: Developing the next generation of leaders through workshops on entrepreneurship, public speaking, and community engagement.
• Media and Content Creation: Utilizing its sister organisation earGROUND as a base for producing high-quality media content that documents and promotes youth culture in Zimbabwe and beyond.
• Annual Festivals and Events: Hosting signature events like the Jibilika Dance Festival, Amplifaya Festival, and Zim Hip Hop Summit, drawing participants from across Zimbabwe and the international stage.
